The latest album by the SIGNUM Saxophone Quartet is called “Chameleon” – a perfect metaphor for the ensemble’s incredible adaptability. With effortless skill, the four musicians move between the well-trodden paths of the classical repertoire – including iconic American pieces by Dvořák and Bernstein, brilliantly reimagined for brass – and explore lesser-known gems. These are pieces specially composed for their unique ensemble “setup”, which they passionately bring to life both on stage and in the studio.
